Accommodation and Payment Agreement

The agreement for accommodation is established directly between the client and vacationize.com upon reservation. For hotels without online rates, please request an individual offer from us.

Cancellation and Reservation Changes

All cancellations must be processed through vacationize.com.

Cancellation Due to Unverified Sender

To prevent misuse of vacationize.com and avoid burdening hotels with false bookings, we reserve the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations if we are unable to confirm the reservation via the provided contact information. In such cases, accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

The same applies to instances where frequent bookings have been made under a guest’s email address without showing up for previous reservations or responding to confirmation inquiries from vacationize.com.

Data Protection

Client-provided data is only shared with third parties as necessary for reservations and will not be used for other purposes. We adhere to all legally prescribed data protection regulations when collecting and processing personal data.

Liability Disclaimer

While all disclosures are made diligently and with attention to detail, we cannot be held liable for any mistakes that may occur during data registration, processing, or transfer.

Fees

Vacationize.com does not currently charge travelers any fees for accommodation services covered by these General Terms and Conditions.

The hotel classifications and information provided are based on disclosures made by the hotels themselves.

Online Dispute Resolution Information

Please visit the European Commission’s official Online Dispute Resolution website at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Vacationize.com is neither obligated nor willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Jurisdiction

German law prevails, and any disputes arising from the interpretation and application of these General Terms and Conditions will be settled in Bernkastel-Kues, Germany. For legal or natural persons not subject to German law, Bernkastel-Kues is agreed upon as the jurisdiction for dispute resolution.

Passport, Visa, and Health Regulations

Travelers must possess valid travel documents and adhere to customs and foreign currency regulations. Compliance with immunization and health measures is the traveler’s responsibility.

Reservation

Each reservation is transmitted through vacationize.com to the hotel concerned.

Room Rates

Vacationize.com confirms booking rates via email. Additional charges may apply in some countries for taxes or services, subject to change.

Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to bookings made through vacationize.com.

Severability Clause

Should any provision of this agreement become void, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The void provision will be replaced with one reflecting the intent and purpose of the agreement. The parties will collaborate to amend the agreement as needed.
