The Royal Apartment is a three-room apartment on the ground floor or on the first floor of the Green Town Resort in Lignano Sabbiadoro, Italy. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a window and shower, and two large outfitted patios with a little table and hammocks (on the ground floor with fenced garden). The apartment is equipped with a roomy kitchenette with a refrigerator, a 4-burner gas oven, and a microwave. Other amenities include complimentary wireless internet, air conditioning, terry towels for the pool, a toiletries pack, a hairdryer, an LCD television, storage, exquisite decorations with regular materials made in Italy, ceramic floors, a parasol, and hammocks on our confidential ocean side. The apartment also offers complete conveyance of bed cloth and towels, cleaning around mid-week (except for the kitchen) plus change of towels, change of bed material one time each week, and utilization of the coin-worked laundry. The day-to-day costs are in euros per manor and are substantial for a minimum stay of 5 nights with the following services included: organization help, power, water, gas, cooling and heating, ocean side pitch from the start of May until mid-September, including ocean side transport on demand, utilization of the pool region, open SPA, jungle gym, and wellness way from the retreat. The apartment also offers reduced rental costs for bed cloth and towels, as well as cleaning during the week. The café administration is available from 05/09/2018 to 09/23/2018 and offers breakfast “Free Help” for €15.00 and lunch or supper “Free Help” (drinks excluded) for €30.00. Rental costs for a bunk (0-3 years) without bed cloth are €2.00 per day.
