The peak is known as the “Green Mountain” because it is decorated with green lights that can be seen from miles away at night.
Green Mountain Abha is one of the most famous landmarks of the region. City residents and visitors can enjoy riding the cable car system that takes them from the top of Green Mountain to its first stop at Abu-Khayaler Park, then to the second and final stop in the New Ava district. On its journey, the cable cars cross main roads, houses and green areas.

Rijal village is located in Asir region and is the capital of Rijal Almaa Province. The village was a natural corridor connecting those coming from Yemen and the Levant to Mecca and Medina, becoming an important regional commercial center. It consists of about 60 palaces made of natural stone, clay and wood and the palaces consist of several floors.

Rijal Almaa Museum of Traditional Village
Built around 30 years ago, this museum is the most famous archeology museum in the region. It is a tourist spot with 20 pavilions, which have various heritage pieces. The museum houses over 2,800 antiques and 500 kilograms of vintage silver jewellery.
Kasabat Al-Awas Tower
Kasabat Al-Awas Tower is an ancient tourist attraction with an area of about 26 square meters. This beautiful ancient tower is located in Rijal Alma area. Tourists who visit the site usually climb to the top of the tower and get an amazing view from the high altitude.

Jabal Shoukan
The mountain, 1900 meters above sea level, lies at the beginning of the Haswa Valley, known as Wadi Haswa, and extends to the Aqabat Dhula site.

The region is to the southwest Saudi Arabia and north of Yemen. Asir consists of about 40,000 square miles (100,000 sq km) of Red Sea coastal plains, high mountains, and valleys above the wadis (seasonal watercourses) Bisha and Tathlith.
